About Jess
As a sales representative, I spent a lot of time observing and talking to consumers on the shop floor. Later I transferred this to spending time directly with consumers in their playground to understand how they use our products, feedback as well as those of our competitor products.

At the time, I was simply developing my sales pitch, and understanding our market position to establish a story, aka a sales pitch to sell our products, I didn't realize the significance of it at the time. However, I now understand that it was a key driver in helping achieve my sales targets year after year.

Fast forward a few years… I have led global brands in Product Management, Marketing and Brand, and travelled extensively with my career establishing a good understanding of different regional markets.

Throughout my career, I have briefed, launched, and sold many products. I have positioned, priced, pitched and promoted products to deliver profitable sales and customer value.
​
I have a deep curiosity about what makes a customer choose a product, the perceived value and what makes a successful product or not. I have taken this curiosity, and through a standard process, I now help predominantly mid-sized product businesses better position, price, pitch and promote products to help drive profit.
